Tomadel is a property management cie dedicated to offer affordable, comfortable and furnished apartments.
How does the application process works ?

Is a deposit needed when applying for a room ?
Yes deposit will be applied on your last month when your application is accepted. If not accepted your will be 100% reimbursed within 1 business day.
If your application is approved but you don't move forward the deposit is not refundable. Deposit could be sent by Paypal (4.5% fees) or via Canadian e-transfert (1,5$). Both paypal or interact should be sent to "[email protected]"
Can I share a room with someone else ?
All our rooms are for one person only.
Can we smoke / have pet in the apartment ?
We are please to offer smoke-free housing. Smoking is allowed on balcony / front desk when applicable. No pet preferred. A request can be made for small pets (fish, turtle, etc.)
What question should I put as the security question for the e-transfer (interac)
Question should be : what's the name of the property management cie ? Answer: Tomadel
The lease length is longer that I'm looking for what can I do ?
We are ok with sublet / lease assignment which gave you flexibility in the lease.
